How it works
We’ll arrange a short consultation in the manner most convenient for you. Your first consultation is free. We will work hard to meet your needs in a timely manner and will have a lot of fun doing it.
We also operate in other areas of consultancy including working with international providers to provide ultra-luxury hospitality programs for globally renowned events as well as in custom wine cellar design & installation here on island.

Cellar Management
We offer a full-service private client Cellar Management service.
If you are looking to build your collection, we will research, consult, source, unpack, rack and categorize your wines for you directly into your cellar or wine room. From that point on we will manage your cellar using state of the art technology (to which clients have access). Tasting notes and other relevant information (e.g. drinking windows) will be added over time so that you have complete oversight of the cellar and know the perfect wine to pull out to fit the right occasion. We will conduct regular management visits and will work with you on how best for the cellar to evolve in the future.
